Pros
Private, family owned business. Rich history in the natural gas facility business and when times are good, good bonuses. The Healthcare is awesome and PTO is good once you get some years in. Flexible when you have personal issues to take care of. Most still care about the individual employee and there are a lot of really good people still there. Good place to start a career or if your local and don't want to have a far commute (Derwent employees).
Cons
Ambitious growth goals causing growing pains with disorganized execution. Upper management micromanages and points blame instead of recognizing and developing the great talent they have/had. Have historically paid low salary but used promises of good bonus to get folks in the door. When times get tough, bonus goes away, everyone is underpaid, and pressure mounts from leadership...bad morale ensues and it's a cancer. Leadership takes no ownership. Will never allow hybrid or remote work. Some positions are overworked and burn out with little recognition, and others are held high but add very little value.
