Are transfers to other offices possible with CBRE?

Big name clients, good managers, a strong organizational culture, and opportunities to transfer to different accounts.

I have worked with CBRE for 17 years. There are opportunities to move forward and educate yourself, Employee surveys are provided with thought provoking questions and suggestions are acted upon.

My experience at CBRE has been good. I fly below the radar and work to make everyone in my circle successful.

Great experience, with CBRE you have the opportunity to transfer accounts after a year. With some of the largest clients in the world it's great experience.

you will live and breath the client vs your own company. Shady management who were all fired. This was a super small account with little room for growth. Most times you are better being hired by the client as CBRE is most likely billing 2x for your position. (this is my experience on a small account-not to take away from other amazing accounts across the country/world)

International presence which allows great opportunity to move within the company

CBRE, internally, is a very good company to work for. They treat their employees well and offer a variety of opportunities to move into a different position or onto a different account depending on availability and what you’re looking for.

I’ve worked on multiple accounts with CBRE and your experience with them will be mostly based off of the account you’re on. My last experience was on a terrible company that had terrible management. Managers for that client were attempting to utilize my projects to embezzle money through contractors and vendors that they were “buddies” with. I decided to leave the company because anytime I applied for a position on another account, my CBRE manager would block it because he was “in cahoots” with the client’s management.

It's a good starter for people with no data center experience to gain some basic knowledge of data centers. Decent basic training.

No real opportunities to grow within the company. No training other than basic. On the lower scale of pay.
