How are flexible working hours at Cambly?

The only con I can think of is that occasionally a student will no-show. People sometimes complain about the pay but I think the pay is fair because Cambly does all the advertising, scheduling, collecting payment, etc. In addition, I have no commuting expenses, expenses for wardrobe or meals at work, etc. I simply click and tutor. I should also mention that I don't make all my income from Cambly. It is a great supplemental or 2nd income. Also, tutors should realize that Cambly's prices around the world are more reasonable for students compared to other tutoring services.
