What is working from home like at Centene?

Good amount of PTO, work from home flexibility, okay pay

No room for growth, expensive health insurance

Positive work culture, work from home, wonderful team collaboration and lots of opportunities for career growth and advancement

Case loads can get high, however can be managed if you stay on top of tasks and have good time management,

Very flexible work times and 100% work from home. Lot of paid holidays and vacation time

Heavy work load and expectations

Good pay and benefits, work from home

Poor work/life balance, high workloads, poor mid-level to senior leadership (executive leadership seems good but is out of touch with daily work), overall toxic workplace

Convenient work from home and pay is decent. I love my coworkers

No transparency and poor communication. More concerned about productivity than quality. Any training after new hire training sucks.

Flexible schedule, decent pay, work from home.

Individual contributors no longer receive annual bonuses. My department has moved from being part of an individual health plan where all of the teams knew each other and worked well together to now under “shared services” where, outside of my small team, no one knows each other.
