Pros
This company is separate from DSM since 5 years now and many positive comments on this site still refer to that previous period, which can be very misleading. Owned by private equity now (enough said). Still the pay can be good on some cases, working from home feasible, learning possible too, and some people thrive in this high-pressure, short term, competitive environment
Cons
Values, working culture and people are a shadow of what they were. High turnover, stress-induced absences, hidden replacement hiring, focus on numbers only, huge workload due to understaffing, restructuring roles to cheaper countries. Talent is average and no retention / development plans at all. You are hired to fit a specific role and no career path is encouraged. Blame culture is prevalent. Action without analysis. Everything short term, and top management opinions count more than facts. Annual evaluation based on personal preferences rather than performance
