Pros
Salary is good and if you know buttering and if you are silent and ready to leave self respect then its good for you.
Cons
When I joined, the office was great. Later, management turned into a “family business” — the manager brought in his wife's brother, then wife, then old colleagues, they got there best friend's brother, girlfriend and so on. Now it’s basically a happy-family circle running the show.
Favoritism is everywhere. But here its more than all other places... Some people don’t come to the office for months and still get leaves, WFH, and special treatment. Others are targeted with warnings, PIPs, and shift rollovers if they question anything or work too well coz they don't want to promote people who question.
Supervisors here have no process knowledge nor know how to manage team but love controlling the Indian team. HR doesn’t care, skip meetings are useless, and global management is clueless about the games being played here.
If this is leadership by example, then the lesson is: don’t work hard, just build a group of family and friends and make the company your own. Why start your own business when you can turn someone else’s into your personal empire?
The only good thing is the pay. Nothing else.
