What is the salary like at Climasolar?

Working @ climasolar has been super rewarding, the ability to grow with the company and the level of training provided has been something I haven't experienced in another role. Everyone gets along and there is no politics across the board, good vibes and good pay checks to be made.

Can't really think of any? Maybe lack of parking in the office locations across Aus but that's if I try to nitpick.

Barely legal tbh. Multiple backpackers working there for below minimum wage. Working hours are entirely out of your control despite you being a 'contractor'. 2h drives to work. Micromanagement culture. The whole thing stinks of scam when you're basically being trained to bully old women into buying solar panels for a cost that you don't even know / you aren't even allowed to know
