Conviva and Humana are great organizations. They are also sneaky and sometimes racist. Just because you express your opinions appropriately it doesn’t mean your feelings should be hurt. We are professionals.

Just some injustices. HR4U should be all over this. Why should a person that’s performing get fired for something so minimal. Do you want to be known as the company that terminates employees on approved PTO? You need to calculate this better. Communication it’s a key. We are a company that is family oriented, community oriented. This really hurt me to the core.
