Pros
Work from home Good salary for freshers OT depends on project
Cons
Some people of the management were not good and wants you to extend ypur shift hours without OT
Pros
■ The benefits are absolutely amazing! And, if you have any questions or concerns, there is a dedicated team to help you. ■ There are vast opportunities for increasing your skillset and growth within the company for changing positions, or even shadowing a position if you have possible interest in that area. ■ The majority of the staff are friendly, and most of your team are more than happy to help you if you need it.
Cons
● A lot of favoritism is shown on teams by some Team Supervisors and other team leads, such as Program Trainers and Associates ● Depending on who the supervisor is, there are a few who will meet with you to review your performance, where instead of critique it is harsh criticism. ● There are times your supervisor will tell you the things you are doing incorrectly, but send you right back out to your desk to continue doing the job you were just told you were doing wrong. ● Asking those supervisors if you can meet with someone on the team for clarification and additional help, sometimes will go without a response or continuous delays. ● The turnover rate is frequent and high. ● You will encounter employees that give off a clique feel. ****Please know that this in no way is directed at all supervisors and team leads!! A huge portion of the people you encounter are kind and extremely wonderful.****
Pros
Lots of different fields to work in
Cons
The management is very unprofessional. They act like they’re still in college choosing new sorority sisters. Pathetic.
Pros
Not the worst, not the best
Cons
Chaotic management, poor work life balance
