How is management perceived at Cruise Nation?

Management can be flexible with hours

Was told it would be “one weekend” a month, false. Training was a joke and if you make a mistake, it comes out of your salary. Paying for your own mistakes because you were trained poorly. Some management speak to you poorly and are rude. Outdated systems that fail constantly and shock, if it makes a mistake, that’s coming out of your salary.

Friendly and approachable management. Selling dream holidays to customers at an affordable price. Staff are like family and many are long standing.

Annual leave could be better especially if you have been working for the company for a long time. More get togethers would be nice.

Comradery with fellow sales staff

Management bullying tactics and extreme lack of understanding. Training is a complete joke. Lack of leadership and turnover of sales managers is high too. Whole thing drove me to depression.

Good camaraderie from staff, that’s it!

Dreadful pay, they set the targets so high you don’t get paid commission. The bookings systems used, belong in a history museum, no investment. Awful management that like to bark like dogs not educate and train staff. So many staff have left.

Nothing good to say at all

Nothing like the job description. This was an admin role, not for a designer. Any design work is overlooked by the Eccentric boss and he makes sure to murder it. No real design department, No marketing department, just a train off the rails using stock photos as nobody on these cruises are actually smiling. Heard racist remarks abs vulgar comments come from the bosses mouth about customers.
