Pros
Sales/Metric heavy environment so be prepared for this.
There is great potential commission-wise.
Base Salary is generally higher than other agencies/staffing firms
If you become a favorite and get a successful workflow down you can do VERY well here.
The people are solid - made a couple great relationships with some coworkers- the team genuinely does want to see each other succeed but always with a slight competitiveness to it (given the sales environment).
You get the chance to hire for some cool companies.
Overall great intro experience to the fast pace agency recruiting world.
Cons
Questionable Management Decisions.
Not much transparency when it comes to what is going to change - It just happens and you will have to deal with it.
You will stay as an individual contributor and although there is a "set path" for growth, there is plenty of gray area surrounding it.
Day to day, month to month, it all starts to feel very repetitive so as long your'e ok with that.
Favoritism is apparent as well as some slight nepotism
Work culture had a large shift due to some turnover but is overall "ok"
