Best company for unskilled workers - no communication skills, don't know how to do basic things, don't know how to conduct meetings, don't know anything: it's the best company for such folks!

Your competence will not be valued here! Your job will certainly vaporize into thin air one fine day- and this will be a total surprise for you! No opportunity for career advancement.

There is so much opportunity for growth within the company. Your managers and peers want to see you grow and are always looking to help any way they can! I can say I am so happy with where I have come within my career here and I am so excited for new opportunities oh and the pay is by far the best from the other dispensaries around

Don’t believe the lies you will hear during interviews.

You will be worked to death. Rolling layoffs that are kept hush hush. No advancement opportunities unless you are a friend or family member of management. The “wellness” and “diversity” programs are a disaster. Working nights and weekends because of the constant turnover doesn’t create a healthy environment for anyone. Toxic, stressful and shaming environment.

no face to face training before rolling out new changes/ SOP’s, high expectations with no training, no trust in frontline employees, not enough recognition for best highest performing employee

Very scattered, no real idea of who/what they want to be
