not much to highlight, but large codebase can feel overwhelming at first and onboarding has some learning curve due to the scale which is normal for products with this size.

I really love Deel. The hiring process was super smooth, clear, professional and respectful. Everything that was promised beforehand has proven to be true on the job. Deel is demanding and a lot is expected, both professionally and personally. But in return, you get a lot back: exciting projects, a high level of autonomy and the freedom to shape your work the way that suits you best.

Some Tools could be used in a better way for our daily life (CRM f.e), but going there.

The hiring process was exceptional from start to finish — clear, smooth, and very respectful of my time. The team is genuinely collaborative and welcoming, which made joining as a new hire feel easy and comfortable. Solid technical infrastructure that helps you be productive quickly. Good, well-organized documentation that really supports onboarding and day-to-day work.

Still early days for me, so I haven’t come across any real downsides yet.

There’s a lot of information to take in at the beginning, but the resources provided make it manageable.

- Hiring process is very exhaustive but its fast, I had 6 interviews in total but they happened in rapid succession. I was hired within 2 weeks. - It's fast paced, you got to learn and adapt very fast. So if you're a slow learner, you got to pick up the pace or you will struggle to catch up to trends.

The Deel hiring process was the most agile process I've been involved in this year. Not only the pace between steps were faster, but the speed and the content of every feedback was informative and was crucial to keep me updated and motivated in the process.
