Growing company, Global Payroll is a good product for clients. Fast pace. Remote work 100% with possibilities to use a co-working spaces. Good culture.

Too much work load. Lack of alignment of company goals with the really of day-to-day tasks. After many suggestions to change the team structure, I needed to leave and take care of my health. Food benefits were removed and replaced with expenses paid if you travel to meet another colleague, for people that work from home this was negative.

Best part is work from home which help to manage personal and professional life.

I don't think there is any cons. I am completely satisfy from my job.
