What is the hiring process like at Dine Brands Global?

The on-boarding when I started was some of the best. I had a in-person dedicated IT support on the first day to get me setup with everything I needed. HR went over all of the benefits, and on-boarding information live, rather than just watching a video. The culture is very positive and a perfect match to what was described during the interview process. My actually team is great, and I'm given the time, resources, and guidance to preform my role and be where I feel I need to be at 90 days.

The only con that I have was that interview process took quite some time without any updates. I wish the RSC was closer to my house, but that's on me.
