What is the salary like at EcoShield Pest Solutions?

The job is great to learn sales skills but there are other companies that are better.The very low commissions and shady upper management with hidden deductions to your pay without a clear answers is strange.The techs are also treated and paid very poorly.The whole thing is MLM that draws people in with the false promises they make.Yes I also finished the summer with higher than average revenue and still got paid very low commissions.

training is next level, systems are incredible, development is great,

pay is bad, culture is clicky, pay doesnt really get good until year 3

Very hard work dealing with rejection and moved away home
