Misleading Hiring Process, Poor Pay & Condescending Management
Pros
•good coworkers who actually make the job bearable.
Cons
Misleading Interviews – The job description and interview process didn’t match the actual role. • Unqualified People Overlooked – Qualified candidates were passed over for promotions or roles in favor of less experienced hires. • Flaky, Two-Faced Management – Some managers pretend to be supportive but switch up depending on who’s in the room. Favoritism runs deep. • Condescending & Dismissive Leadership – Certain managers act like employees are beneath them, ignoring ideas and shutting down feedback instead of fostering a productive work environment. • Terrible Pay – Compensation does not match the workload or industry standards. Raises and promotions are rare, if ever. • Lack of Transparency – Decisions feel arbitrary, and communication about career growth or workplace policies is poor.
