Pros
Incredible benefits - near free holiday homes, company kayaks, you name it. Great wfh culture, easy hours (8-4). Relatively interesting work. Really lovely, intelligent colleagues, with great company culture. Hang out with colleagues all the time/go on holidays with them. Really fun atmosphere to work in. Good starting pay.
Cons
Slow work culture. For most employees work comes second, which means it can take a long time to get basic things done. The work load for most is quite low, meaning you can feel you are not progressing. They take really smart people, and slowly kill their ambition. Pretty much zero performance based compensation meaning there is no reward for working hard and no punishment for coasting/doing nothing. You will get paid well, but never great.
Very little feedback, and the little feedback provided is rarely constructive, usually just "good job, keep doing what you're doing". It's a very comfortable place to work, but not one where you feel you're growing. Somewhere to go if you want a good, well paying job, but don't want to push yourself too hard.
