What is the salary like at Evernorth?

Lots of opportunity to move up and learn a wide range of things, great pay and benefits, and great team and leadership.

Sometimes you have to put in a lot of work but it goes in ebs and flows.

Ability to negotiate on hours during the week, remote work and for my direct supervisor, caring and compassionate.

Mid.to low salary compared to other companies, insurance benefits are expensive. At times, long hours are expected with no compensation.

It is exciting to watch the team grow. The atmosphere is very pleasant and we have a good diverse team, with flexible working being promoted. Good benefits and good pay.

Great work like balance, time off, pay is great if you are coming outside the company. Amazing benefits through Cigna. Great 401k.

Long days, multiple back to back meetings. Your leadership above you can’t do a simple pivot tables. No real transparency, work culture can be toxic depending on the department for people of color. Their career bands hold you back, doesn’t help. If you move within the company little to no pay raises.

Leaders are flexible to ensure a healthy work-life balance, even with hybrid return to office mandates, and there are a lot of amazing high caliber employees throughout the organization who consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and mutual respect for each other.

Salaries seem to be subpar compared to similar roles at other organizations with little opportunity for market adjustments unless willing to constantly change roles or leave for another company. In addition, premium costs for medical and prescription benefits continue to rise at rates that almost negate any merit increases earned from year to year, which is ironic considering the very company we work for is one of the leading providers of medical and prescription benefits in the nation.

Pay is good, decent benefits, management is good, co workers are helpful.

Unrealistic workload. Life work balance is lacking.
