Pros
The only good thing about this place was the salary and benefits.
Cons
Exness claims to be a great place to work, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. While their social media portrays a picture-perfect “Exness Life,” my experience was one of the most toxic work environments I’ve ever encountered.
The root of the issue lies with senior management. Their leadership style is aggressive, unrealistic, and highly toxic. They often gaslight employees, making you believe that you’re the problem when in reality it all stems from the top.
Sadly alot of the employee's have stockholm syndrome and are brainwashed to think that this is "normal" and if you want to work for the "best", this is what comes with the opportunity to work for "the best broker on the island".
The company compensates with high salaries, generous bonuses, and flashy perks to keep people from leaving. But it feels manipulative, almost like they’re buying your silence and loyalty. The culture feels less like a workplace and more like a cult, where employees are conditioned to tolerate the toxicity in exchange for financial incentives.
I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you’re willing to sacrifice your mental health and personal well-being for a paycheck.
