      Awful management Outdated Technology

      Senior software engineer
      Current employee
      Manila, Manila
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Unlimited leaves (This is a red flag tbh) WFH/Hybrid work environment Good to mid benefits (But other companies are better btw)

      Cons

Politics Leaves is still for approval of your manager that does not know how to manage, and they will use this against you for your performance ratings If you are not a performer, they have no idea how to help you and help you get better on what you do Observe the number of people who have left Yearly salary raise is way below what other companies can offer or way below inflation.

One of the best Product company to work with.

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

From the interview process to onboarding, everything was seamless, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The team I worked with was incredibly supportive, always ready to help when needed. The leave policy, salary hikes, and other perks are also excellent.

      Cons

During periods of recession , the company has a tendency to lay off senior management employees.

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Amazing place to start a career. Collegues are very cool and very helpful, it's a young environment both on age and mindset. Starting salaries for entry level are good

      Cons

The annual salary increases are a joke, thx to the company board hence - the bad employee retention long term

Changing management very often , seems like in struggles

      Pros

Great people but very little pay

      Software engineer
      Current employee
      Bucharest, Bucuresti
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Friendly team and relaxed manager. Unlimited paid vacation days.

      Cons

Salary is way bellow market average. You get positive feedback from your managers. You get emails about how we've went beyond our targets, about how well we've done, and how well the business is going. Then you get an yearly raise which is bellow the inflation rate. There is almost no documentation of the code. Your only chance of understanding the legacy code that you are working on is debugging through it step by step. Everyone is clueless. You get bug reports from the QA team, and they don't know that that's actually how it's supposed to run, or that they got an issue because they misconfigured something. Insufferable corporate rhetoric. Being constantly sent emails from HR about how much they value us, the employees, won't make us feel appreciated, when we get such uncompetitive pay. The CEO, much like our country's former dictator, has a bit of a cult of personality. He enjoys putting his face on every corporate material possible, and he often records videos of himself, in a studio, reading data off charts, and telling us sweet nothings about how it's so important to be motivated, hardworking, and innovative.

No Culture, Constant Layoffs, Profit Over People, Stressful Environments

      Product manager
      Current employee
      Lake Mary, FL
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Unlimited PTO, but you cannot use it.

      Cons

There are layoffs every year, and no rehiring to fill the rules. They expect you to do more with less every year. Bonuses that are promised when you sign on or never achieved due to the outrageous goals that executive set but they don’t care because their bonuses are not impacted. There is no open communication, and leadership disrespects all of the developers. They are trying to force people back into the office, even though it is a software company. There is no organization, and roadmaps are made weeks before they are presented to customers instead of the traditional six month planning ahead of time. Executive leadership is Talking Heads on virtual screens, and they will never provide salary, increases, bonuses, or any motivation to truly motivate the employees. There are no benefits, and everything presented in the initial interview never comes to fruition, including pay. Year every year they never provide bonuses, the company continues to grow in revenue.

      Pros

Stable environment for a starting opportunity

      Cons

The raises are small or inexistent, if you take inflation into account, you should leave asap :(

      Great Culture, Leaders, and Team

      Ui\ux designer
      Former employee
      Manila, Manila
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

I had an amazing time in Finastra. I started out as Software QA then transitioned to UX Designer. My team, manager, and the executive level leaders were great. We had open-communication and regular 1:1 with my manager. The flexible working environment, hybrid setup, and flexible/unlimited leaves was really good. I had no experience of micromanaging here. The leaders and the team are supportive. There's lots of initiatives happening and events so if you get involved it's not boring. There's annual salary increase and bonuses. The pay and benefits are good. Great work-life balance!

      Cons

When you are at senior level, promotion is slow.
