Pros
- Really good engineers and some wonderful people here and there. - The company has made some smart business decisions that set it apart from competitors.
Cons
In my view, the company seems to be a bit stuck right now. High operational costs, a slow development pace, and a focus on smaller features over big, impactful improvements are holding it back. There’s also a bit of a disconnect in communication between different management levels, which sometimes leads to changes in direction that can feel inconsistent. I’ve noticed a few cases where decisions are made, only to be reversed later based on new priorities from CEO, which doesn’t always help with clarity or morale. Additionally, I've seen some mixed messages around certain company decisions that make it a bit hard to fully trust the organization’s direction. Overall, I wouldn’t call the company completely transparent or reliable right now. Still, if it achieves a bit more financial and strategic stability, it could be a decent place to join.
