Cons
change in patient care goals. micromanaging to the extreme, management that doesn't know the job, penalizes you for doing the right job, because they don't know the job. unprofessional management, sometimes mean personally, unrelated to work. having to keep up statistics of number of patients you talk to, even though you don't have control of this issue. treating medical staff like salespeople, telling medical staff to rush patients off the phone so you can take more calls, so they can employ less staff. quality is no longer the focus. very sad to see as it used to be a good place to work and patient care was important.
