Pros
good pay and paid for overtime
Cons
Dishonest, tyrannical and no sense of empathy for workers. Say got company transport during the interview process. I ended up spending so much cheese on bus and train on the first day and that became the case throughout my time here. Claims to fight for company transport and until the time i ran out of here, nothing. Overtime everyday. who the deuce does that? people who really look like they have no life at all. doing overtime once or twice a week, i am fine. but on a daily basis and until a sunday, and then another week because of some hurdle you all gotta do to regain trust of people, i'd say you guys need to be medicated. and, some fella puts out one's name for overtime one hour before we call it a day? you think it's okay? you thought wrong, bruv. apalling much! what ever happened to kindly approaching me and asking if I am okay with doing overtime? and management talks so much about work ethics but when workload becomes a mountain, your hands become too heavy and chained to the ground. assisted us maybe 5% but 95% we need to clear ourselves without making a sound. and overemphasis on KPI but likes to ask one to do other things while he's trying to accomplish that KPI them management expects. when he hit them kpi nobody says nothing but when he done messed up, a news flash: this guy packed wrongly and customer is now complaining!
