They offer good contractor day rate and normally it is outside IR35. Its quite fast paced and you learn a lot as you go along. They have got in-house subsidised canteen with good food.

After change in management in recent years, there wasn't much appreciation of your hardwork and they take many things for granted which is not included in your job role. And even sometimes expect to do work out of hours. Also many IT teams were having understaffed QA personnals which is affecting the overall quality. Also off-shore staff has less overlapping work hours and hence less productive.
