Party hard culture on quarterly trips, overall good people across teams and fully remote. Good internal tooling.

The products seem to be really struggling against competitors with little hope for gaining market share. No more 4 day work week and other perks getting slowly taken away. Activity surveillance software that is under strict review so employes don't feel safe. Feels like management is trying to down size without announcing layoffs. There's been layoffs every few months and instances where employees didn't receive a severance package. Which really hurts morale and is ethically questionable. Tough environment for all onboard. The leadership is all over the place with vision and product road map.
