Pros
Awesome shift times, super great support from your supervisors and higher ups. We get rewarded VERY frequently for our hard work and that something very rare you are going to find in a workplace. You meet new people everyday and have fun while being at your job. You are allowed to make friends here and have a good time while also busting your behind.
Cons
No separate parking for employees unless its red parking day, even then you still have to walk far to get inside work. Drama seems to be in every department, its inevitable but there is no verbal public conversation about just do your job and go home. At some point some pack members will quit just because the drama is so loud and so distracting. There's no actual set in stone incentive to the sales that we make, it changes every few months. I assume its because the rewards aren't fun enough for us but I don't know. The lists for what to stock suddenly disappeared. Instead we get told what to stock by our supervisors. Which is ok but why all of a sudden have procedures been put in place for us to do then they all of a sudden are gone, that goes for the sanitation procedure, I hardly see anyone cleaning the counters. We use to track us cleaning the counters and now we don't at all. One shift will have everything organized then the next shift through the rush throws everything around in the drawers, respect of property doesn't seem to be there and then opening has to clean up.
