Pros
- Best coworkers ever. I will be keeping touch with them - Very thorough training, good for newbies - They prioritize jewelry education and will pay for GIA certifications
Cons
- Low pay/not great commission even when meeting goals - Management kinda does whatever they want and doesn't care about company policies. - Treats you like family but not in the good way, in the "parent who likes to put you down" way - They don't care about loyalty and don't like promoting people or giving raises. You're stuck with the wage they offered. - Takes forever to get disability accomodations. You have to remind management several times, they don't seem to care. - The store has to be your #1 priority in life. They don't care about your personal life. - Expect to work when you're sick. You can be throwing up all day and told you're not allowed to take a sick day. You also won't be sent home if you're sick at work. They do not care about your health.
