Good pay comparatively, fair benefits, paid vacation weeks, closed one day a week
Cons
Poorly managed. Years go by without problem solving issues that affect and hinder employees from performing their duties to the best of abilities. Policies set up to disappoint and confuse consumers. No consequences for members of management behaving unprofessionally.
Decent pay and good hours for the most part, closing and truck days tend to go on a lot longer than they say it does. Nice patrons
Cons
Rude CSM's and a stressful fast paced environment. Training didn't feel like it prepared me for my role and left me feeling like I was constantly tripping.
Super friendly and nice people to work with. Decent pay and employee discount. Good environment to be in.
Cons
There is no barcodes for items. Everything must be entered into a computer which acts as a glorified calculator. All the discounts must be memorized each week. On the slow days it can be hard to find things to do. Phones must be kept in the locker room.
Corporate doesn't give reasonable expectations of employees. Schedules aren't usually very far out, and there is little chance at any raises no matter how long or hard you work there.
