they do a good job at making you feel like you're part of their family, like youll get your bonus, and that your hard work will pay off for equity
Cons
everything from the pros is unfortunately a complete facade. they have terrible leadership, and they're burning the place into the ground which is sad, because Cristy built a wonderful brand and product. they hire up, and then burn through cash, scramble to raise more, and then fire people because they're running out of money again. they have terrible cash management and leadership. its only a matter of time before they close their doors. Run the other way - do not work here. they make it look good on the outside but its very unhealthy and extremely toxic
