Great team and everyone in support is awesome to work with. Good amount of PTO and paid holidays.

Lower pay than our counterparts, no work from home opportunities. Not much room for advancement once you reach the A4 position unless you wait 3 more years. Support also is at the bottom of the totem pole in terms of what other privileges the other departments have.

Less learning as they have an on-premise model they are migrating to AWS but the thing is we don't work on any software that is trending in the market even if we work it won't be deep enough. Apart from this, I don't see any big cons
