My pay was very good considering my junior role and minimal experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of each day - having now experienced big corporate I really value my time as an employee at ISB Global and the feeling of it being very “family” orientated. Everyone has an opportunity to be heard and all ideas are listened to.

Company culture is quite supportive. People give you respect. Best benefit is that timing are quite flexible. You can easily maintain Work life balance. Here we work as a team. Work load is quite manageable. Company gave us inflation allowance as well. I would recommend to work here.

Although salary package is competitive, but extra benefits are not quite competitive as compared to other employers. Company is in growing stage, but have a positive attitude towards growth. Sometimes you have to work on US hours but that still can be manageable.

I did not like the rapport between employees, was combative at times Not a supportive group, no one collaborated, no onboarding for new associates Don’t recommend an American working for this group unless you are very familiar with British culture Terrible communication, emails and messages never answered timely which would cause my work to suffer There was no one else who worked in eastern time so there was no support after noon time Some of the associates were just mean people who took delight in others failures
