What is working from home like at Indeed Flex?

Used to offer work from home but then swapped to 2 days a week in the office. You can be part of a friendly team where you can be yourself. Some line managers are fun and accommodating. Your managers will be cool as well.

Basically volume focused role - you are quite heavily monitored and expected to pump out volume without much of a breathing space in between chats. You will be handling 4 chats at a time on a constant most of the time. In 2023 they were using super date DOS like systems that are hard to manoeuvre and scroll through - there is no one centralised system through which you can check shift cancelations and book shifts etc.
