What is the salary like at Intuitive?

Amazing mission, we’re all saving patients, no matter what our job is. Salary is competitive, but could be better. Great insurance. Stocks.

If your manager doesn’t give you visibility, you’ll be stuck in the same role for a very long time. And not all managers are willing to do that. Only the loudest voices get recognition and promotion, but the hard workers who always put their best get unnoticed or unrecognized. No diversity (the only diverse group are the ones in the manufacturing team). You start with a great salary but annual salary raises are very low, compared to other companies and the company is doing good. Disparity in income between sales roles and administrative roles.

Great pay, great benefits, team members are very helpful and capable. Company has great overalls values and mission statement.

Work load is not balanced. High stress environment. Little to no career growth or coaching if you are not on the product line currently in the lime light.

Depending on team, leaders can be narcissistic and toxic, no true growth in the company, and definitely no real process in place. HR is not the best when it comes to an employee’s concerns.

People are nice, but the culture doesn’t feel like one that is easy to be social or break into. Teams tend to focus on work and not take a lot of effort for team building or employee engagement
