Good pay. The pay is decent with a bi-weekly cycle and the payment is on time. Projects are very interesting to work.

Projects ends too quickly and is unreliable. They terminate you without any valid reason or proof. One day you wake up and see you are not longer a part of the company. Absolutely pathetic. Communication is not great as the leaders have no idea when a project starts and the estimation of the projects timeline is absolutely rubbish as it might end in days.

No stable job There is no clear indication when a project is about to end No empathy from the leadership to the staff.

they don't have support known for account recovery no work life balance they fired us without even a goodbye email they disabled my account without notice and they could not respond my support request and I was working on active project

Payments on time and oppotunity to get extra shifts/time. Friendly environment and good training.

You can be cut off from projects very fast and cannot work if you cannot find any other project but if you keep working with high quality this won't be a concern unless something unexpected happens to the projects.

The job itself is nice, it's remote, pays ok and they are always on time with their payments.

Very unstable job duration, one day you have a job and the next you don't. After a project ends you're put on their marketplace but it's just assessment after assessment and waiting forever to land another project, if you even do. Chaotic. Very disorganised and you end up suffering because of it.
