The work comes and goes and projects can abruptly end. There is not a lot of communication from clients to management, and then to employees.

No pros, other than work from home.

.Unethical practices to make money . Data collection in name of training . Giving Slave wages , stealing work and selling people's hard work for more money . Even your tests are also form of data collection. No human interaction because you all follow shady practices. . Calling people as agents and contractors to avoid benefits. . Termination calling bad performance because already finished collecting data. . Can't even keep their job in resume. Because no body counts. . No job security, no career advancement, because hire and fire is game to avoid hike in salary

Remote work from home is the best

Same work for white people gets only probably a fourth of the salary when it's outsourced in other countries

Remote work and flexible schedule, you're able to make your own hours

Do not apply to this company. You will waste your time working hard only to be dropped like a fly. Feedback for how to improve working experience is consistently ignored. Management will breathe down your neck when this helps no one and only lowers morale and motivation. There's a cult-like mentality among upper management as well.

Horrible pay. Management handled layoffs terribly, with a "Succession"-style group layoff via a statement that was read aloud (poorly) via Zoom.
