Be prepared to do work not within your scope/what you were hired for. Been here a year and I often don't know what I'm supposed to be doing until I am randomly assigned something.

Taking 30-40 calls per day with Veterans where mood can vary wildly. Expect to be yelled at for no reason.
Job requirements too high for the workflow. Most of the time you are guiding callers to various apps or settings on their device or referring/transferring them to their VA clinic for issues the help desk cannot resolve
