What is the feeling of job security at Ivoclar Vivadent?

Used to be an incredible company I was excited to show up to work everyday. Amazing colleagues, great attitudes, easy-to-meet goals and expectations and any challenges were WANTED to be met by teams because we felt appreciated and respected in return. In the last few years that has completely not been the case.

Absolutely no job security. Laid off 250 employees some of over 30+ loyal years completely without warning. Management offers absolutely no guidance on training for new hires, literally dumps them off on already extremely over whelmed and overworked staff and expects them to have the new-hired fully trained in one week or less lest they face repercussions. There is no help, assistance or guidance from upper management in general, only punishment and suspensions and docks in pay despite how much overtime, extra work, new-hires you have trained or projects you have assisted with or completed on managements behalf. It’s absolutely horrendous now.

Friendly and respectful colleagues. Great working atmosphere

Nice location Good food at cantina Used to be place you want to work maybe it will become one again. Used to have great atmosphere

Poor work/life balance - very limited working from home with comparison to other companies Medium pays CEO just started 5 years modernization plan with firing 240 people (suggest to stay away for next five years) New CEO (looks like he wants to become a star) Not offering any real benefits at the moment Poor outlook for the future (looks like there are some financial problems) If you want to join, think twice (last person who signed contract was fired before first day of employment, it must feel bad when you resign from old job and new company treats you this way)
