What is the hiring process like at J. Crew?

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the interview process was pretty easy

Not a lot of things to do if you don’t like getting bored, not a lot of hours

it was close to my apartment, the task were easy and most of the customers are regulars so you get the jist on what they already looking for anyway

not alot of hours available, at best I get 3 shifts in a week.
