It is a great company for your start as a junior and to grow further in other companies, as the salary is lower than on the market and not a big growth in salary can be expected

The work is being controlled by the applications scanning your activity and you are obliged to enter all the tasks done during the day. But only in the JBS part.

Can be hard to navigate or get things done. Management need to be honest about changes to teams etc. Eg. If there are going to be changes or moves that affect staff/teams. Total lack of decent pay rises for staff compared to rate of inflation.

Don’t let them owe you money you’ll never get it, don’t take FMLA either which due to the cause of my leave I was pushed back instead of granting more leave which I was entitled, although the issues had not been resolved they insisted I return to work. Day one back after 5.5 years with the company I was immediately harassed by the management as well as HR questioning me when I emailed the return to work letter as why even though I mentioned a car accident the day of my return letter appointment, asked why it was not immediately sent as if it been given, no care of my status or the possible injuries. At that point they had also hired someone who would eventually take my place, as well as management informing everyone onsite of my personal information related to leave. Caused uncomfortable situations there on our, as well as people asking questions and consistently being speak of my personal life.

Interesting work, the teams are small. Nice office. Complementary coffee and beers nice initially. Screen monitors help productivity. Nice views over the park.

High turnover, low pay compared to industry, promotions based on favoritism and not performance, low annual raises, TMT are not the most knowledgeable in their fields. Lots of Unpaid OT hours.

- Salary is generally in line with competitors and bonus scheme for good performance with a decent pension, company matches a high % of contributions - My direct Managers and Client are very approachable, understanding and decent human beings - Work is varied so never boring

- You can sense a political agenda the higher up the Management chain you go, but isn't that the case everywhere? It would be nice to see less negatives coming down from higher up when we are trying our best with what we have - Project Managers never on site and sometimes not even in the same country when their projects are running - Unrealistic money saving targets, we spend money based on what the Client wants, we don't have expenditure for the sake of it - therefore reducing spend is unrealistic without a strong Sourcing team - Processes are clunky, systems are slow - Very little training for new starters, you have to know who to speak to for help, so when you're new you are pretty much on your own
