Don’t let them owe you money you’ll never get it, don’t take FMLA either which due to the cause of my leave I was pushed back instead of granting more leave which I was entitled, although the issues had not been resolved they insisted I return to work. Day one back after 5.5 years with the company I was immediately harassed by the management as well as HR questioning me when I emailed the return to work letter as why even though I mentioned a car accident the day of my return letter appointment, asked why it was not immediately sent as if it been given, no care of my status or the possible injuries. At that point they had also hired someone who would eventually take my place, as well as management informing everyone onsite of my personal information related to leave. Caused uncomfortable situations there on our, as well as people asking questions and consistently being speak of my personal life.
