Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you've found value in our work-from-home flexibility and compensation. These are priorities we aim to deliver across all regions, including our growing team in Chennai. We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience have fallen short. Your concerns about management practices, fairness, job security, and development opportunities are important to us. As part of our ongoing global efforts, we're working to strengthen leadership accountability, create more transparent career opportunities, and build a culture of trust and learning across all levels of the organization. Thank you again for your input. It helps us shape a better experience for all employees at KBR.

Solid job, normal benefits, but feel a little left out on JSC campus, not a lot of career growth on contracts.

      Pros

Normal benefits, good communication from management, and pretty good job security

      Cons

If you work as a contractor for a government agency (e.g. NASA), probably won't have a lot of visibility to KBR directly and job growth is directly tied to when older employees leave. There is a little flexibility to move around laterally, but not a lot to move upwards.

The contract environment makes contract reups difficult for job security and the pay is often lower than competitors.

      Pros

I am a contractor and KBR did a pretty good job of being there when I needed them and otherwise I interfaced with my customer. They tried pretty hard to help us find jobs when a lot of us were laid off.

      Cons

I hate the hour tracking software.
