This company is such a joke! They don't have anything normal here. Isolated teams operating in silos, no proper lunch space or cafe. The management under the new CEO is nothing but chaotic. They've hired a bunch of consultants as VP and EXD under commercial c-suite that do not value team, culture or empathy the company boasts it values so much about. HR hiring is so unorganized and you wonder how did the company even exist all these years with all these years.

good health coverage, remote flexible hours

Lack of communication from onboarding team. Remote team milage reimbursement lacks flexibility in the type of car needed with large insurance packages required and doesn't cover basic coverage for monthly expenses. Lack of pay equality and transparency for hourly employees. Very little growth and opportunity to grow with this company.
