One of the things that stands out to me the most is the company's unwavering focus on growth. It's not just about the business thriving, but also about ensuring that the employees grow alongside it. I genuinely feel that my input is valued, and I am given the autonomy to excel in my role. KDP has clearly defined career paths that not only challenge us but also leave us feeling fulfilled at the end of the day. They are always looking for ways to improve, whether it's by adding better benefits for employees, creating employee resource groups, or introducing fresh, exciting flavors and brewers that we can all enjoy (with our employee discount, of course)! Our purpose, "Drink Well. Do Good." resonates deeply with me. It encompasses so many aspects, from our efforts to focus on sustainability and creating more health-conscious beverages, to doing good by us, the employees. My time here at KDP has been a truly unique and enriching experience that I know not everyone gets to experience in their lifetime.

Work life balance can be tricky at times but there is flexibility and at the end of the day you have to recognize it's not always going to be 50/50.
