      Mediocre at Best

      Technical marketing engineer
      Former employee
      Itasca, IL
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Relatively good pay out of school some products are cool.

      Cons

Essentially all the negatives of typical Japanese work culture. Expect everyone to work as hard as a salesman and bonus was significantly and consistently below the expected payout regardless of performance. Perfection is the expectation- mistakes are weighted very negatively against you compared with the positive weight of things done well. No real upward mobility- only reserved for sales. Only internal hires/college graduates so employees don't question treatment.
