Great Training They’re open to hiring new engineers and understand that you might not know everything right away. They take the time to train you, Understading it takes time for you to excel/fill into the roll.

Busy - Sometimes jobs can get busy, the fire protection team can be put under strict deadlines. Thankfully managment will always be there to back you up. Ambigus Work - Not a problem with the job iself, but the industry it is in. A big part of the job is reading contracts and determining scope of work. Sometimes those contracts can be confusing or poorly written leading to missed scope and extra work.
