Pros
The people I worked with were literally the only pro. Most of them were pretty cool something about trauma bonding does that to a team!
Cons
Con-1 absolutely horrible management at corporate level and store level. Micromanaging the highest level and constantly being berated to hit obscure metrics that have nothing to do with selling. Con-2 pay plan It is a 90 day rolling average. It affects your percentage rate. Basically meaning if you take any time off within those 90 days, you’ll be sat behind and get a lower percentage rate on your sales. They constantly claimed this was to make it easier on the salesman. Yet much smaller checks for everybody and decreased rate rates. Con-3 There’s zero respect for the customer. The salesman are always trying to get one over on your customer by using sneaky pricing methods. Some margins could be in the 70s. Con-4 they don’t care if you make any money. This is a tax write off for Tipperary sales. there are salesman that are literally making less than $1000 a month here yet they will claim it. It’s easy to make $100,000 in the interview and on their listing completely false. Nobody in the store is doing over 60,000. Plus when you have a really good month they’ll make sure you deliveries are smaller. You’re not making as much on your checks. Con-5 the overall atmosphere is just miserable. You get berated for taking lunch by management. if you don’t follow the exact process, you get yelled at by management. And you are constantly being threatened by them saying they’ll take away your commission on Deals. If the margins aren’t good enough. Seriously, I wouldn’t recommend to anybody especially not at this stage where management is a mess nobody’s coming in. I predict the company and a storefront will be out of business in the next five years.
