What are working conditions like at Lacoste?

Large company so hard to advance

Cool product, opportunity to learn with multiple different teams, nice office

some days we didn't have much to do and just waited to instructions

decent pay, nice clothing, nice office

favoritism, no equity, no grow

Did this whilst at uni - easy to get shifts, relatively chilled, opening hours were sociable. I think commission was alright if I remember.

Had a bit of a nightmare with my hours exceeding what I could manage at one point, higher up management didn’t listen to safety concerns.
