The quality of the talent available to Mavis in the south east appears to be limited. There isn't a background check, drug test or a formal interview process. This results in inexperienced staff, particularly in management. If you have experience you will have a strong advantage, but you will often work with staff that will require coaching and training for the jobs that they are hired for.

Recently hired by Mavis after a quick interview process. Phone interview with the area manager, then an in-person interview on location. Offered the job the next day by phone from the HR hiring manager. Everyone I have talked to has been courteous and professional. Onboarding was quick, efficient, and thorough and able to be completed entirely online.
