-Mandatory Rotation swing shifts every 4 weeks Days(6:53am- max OT 5:45pm) Nights(6:53pm- max OT 5:45am)
-Mandatory OT and rotating shifts hurts work life balance
-Need better dental and health insurance
-Night shift cafeteria doesn’t serve hot breakfast or dinner between 6pm-9pm. We wake up hungry too.
-Communication on the lines

-Team leaders aren’t given access everything they need when promoted. ICS, Hotcall, Scrap system, lock out tag out (class and locks), line side computer certificates to pull up work email.
-Lack of man power because turnover rate for team members is insanely high.
