Pros
- Giving 2 stars because the company and half of the emploe
- On-time Salary.
- For sales team the travel and reimbursements are never an issue, done seemlessly.
- Decently established clientile. It's a mature start up.
- A few people in the company are very talented and have a lot to contribute to the company
Cons
Cons:
- Alot of chrun in employees and clients. Very bad market presence outside south India, especially for non-BFSI market (BFSI market is also not so great in terms of clientile)
- All the products are half-baked, services/APIs are good and is what brings the revenue to the company
- Most of the employees don't work
- It has a few employee benefits (only restricted to Employees in Bangalore office as it is the HQ), for other locations, even an extra samosa or beverage seems expensive to the management.
- No matter which part of the world you live in, your holidays would be as per holidays from Karnataka.
- Mumbai office is right in between a market, I hope they move that to a more corporate location.
My personal experience:
- I got the worst and the most unqualified manager (unfortunatelty can't name him but will address him as "THE MANAGER").
- I was forced to do cold calling as if selling credit card services, while cold calling is part of sales but giving targets like 80 cold calls a day for selling enterprise software is senseless.
- The female employees use to tell me about how THE MANAGER is partial towards females (come on its 2025, how are such people acceptable as AVP level)
- The avg time to get a new client in the company is 6 to 8 months - I was told to leave before I could complete 5 months. (What a joke - I couldn't close a deal in 5 months for a deal that was suppose to close in 6th month.. Haha)
- THE MANAGER sits at home and tells other employees to relocate to places where the company doesn't even have an office space
